Didn’t waste time, which I appreciated. He explained the problem—something about a clogged drain or whatever—and got it fixed pretty quick. I’m not super handy, so having someone who knows what they’re doing was awesome. What I loved most was the transparency about everything, especially costs. No hidden fees, which is always a relief.
